NABC's Service, Training, Equipment, and Products packages offer the industry's most comprehensive and relevant support model for increasing profitability and ROI for operating facilities.

NABC is in the unique position, as a market leading supplier of fermentation products, to have experience applying our products in many different production facilities that vary in size, process design, geographic location and feedstock utilization. From this experience, STEPS was created for use by operating facilities to stabilize and optimize their process after start-up and operation (note — NABC also offers services and training catered to start-up facilities).

STEPS was shaped to our customers' needs in an effort to conveniently bundle and organize our Value Added Services. Because of NABC's large initial outlay of resources with use of the program, STEPSTM is only available through a purchase agreement. However, many of NABC's lab services are sold on an individual basis to our loyal customers.
