From this experience, STEPS ™ was created for use by operating facilities to stabilize and optimize their process after start-up and operation (note — NABC also offers services and training catered to start-up facilities).STEPS™ was shaped to our customers' needs in an effort to conveniently bundle and organize our Value Added Services. Because of NABC's large initial outlay of resources with use of the program, STEPSTM is only available through a purchase agreement. However, many of NABC's lab services are sold on an individual basis to our loyal customers.
