Josie Kinder is the Customer & Sales Support Representative. In this role, she processes customer orders and ensures their timely delivery. She also assists the Regional Sales Managers with management of their accounts. She is responsible for maintaining a relationship with freight carriers and managing freight rates in an effort to keep freight costs down without increasing the frequency of freight damage. She also works closely with the Procurement Manager to monitor product inventory. She is an integral part of the quality assurance program and will not ship products that have not met our specifications.

Josie came to Georgia from Oklahoma over 20 years ago. She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. While attending UGA, Josie was on the Dean's List, was a Presidential Scholar, and became a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. She has worked previously in the multi-family housing industry and for a furniture wholesaler.
