Marcia Hall is the Accounting and Human Resources Manager for NABC. As the Accounting Manager, she oversees NABC’s accounting and finance functions, including receivables, payables, budgeting, tax planning, and compliance. As Human Resources Manager, Marcia works to provide NABC’s current staff with the highest quality employee benefits, resources, and working environment for job satisfaction.

Marcia is a proud Atlanta native. She received her B.B.A in Accounting from Georgia State University and has been in the accounting and finance field since 1991. Prior to joining NABC in 2008, Marcia was an Enrolled Agent and a partner at her own public accounting practice in Buford, GA until it was sold in 2006.

Marcia enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and is an active leader and supporter of the Girl Scouts of America.
